House Mouse Eek-fun

I've been a member of various House Mouse groups for several months now and have just received my first RAK package. One of the members (Valda) called it a Beggars' RAK and was to send packages to the first three who contacted her with a good reason why she should receive an RAK. Well, I was number four, but my reason of having had the flu for 4 weeks was sufficient for me to receive an RAK also. What fun! She sent a card with an embossed double check background, stamped with HM stamp "Chewable Aspirin". She used a variegated stamp pad in shades of blue to voilet and left the inside blank should I wish to send it to someone. (I will not part with it). She also sent two pieces of white cardstock, stamped with HM images: Sock Hop and one I cannot identify.

I also signed up for a Christmas Card exchange on the House Mouse group so I spent yesterday digging out my Christmas appropriate card supplies.  Fortunately, I have a packet of blank cards with envelopes, so that saves some time.  Now, to think of something special to put on them, once my new HM stamps come, which should be this week.    After I work with these RAK images, I will post photos of them finished, as well as the Christmas cards (but not until the recipients receive them).
